Sterling Silver Open Double Flower Pendant, 16" - 18"

Amazon.com Product Description

Add a dash of spring to your style any time of year with this pretty open flower pendant. Slender bars of polished sterling silver bend and curve to form a star-shaped double flower with pretty tapered petals. The floral design is anchored at the center by a small polished silver bead and secures to a triangular silver bale. It slides along a smooth and slender 18-inch curb chain that fastens with a spring ring clasp. The look is fresh, contemporary, and feminine. Unlike the flowers in your garden, this one has a beauty that will never fade.

Wonderful necklace for an evening out
By atomicwasteland (North Bethesda, MD USA) - See all my reviews

This is a wonderful value in the Jewelry category. I purchased this for my girlfriend to wear at a formal party, and it really worked out well. The price is a very good deal considering the artistry, and the flower itself is just the right size. (I was worried it might be a little small, because things look a lot bigger with the zoomed-in closeups on the website, but I was not disappointed. If memory serves it was about the size of a half dollar coin). The other reviewers are correct: the chain itself is a little delicate, but it does the job. The focus of this piece remains on the pendant.

Overall a fine addition to any jewelry collection.

**Update** Amazon now lists a pair of earrings which match this pendant. I have not purchased them, but they look to be miniature identical versions of the flower pattern.

Pearl Izumi Slice Cycling Glove

Amazon.com Product Description
Set yourself apart from the crowd with the Pearl Izumi Slice Cycling Glove. This fingerless glove is designed with a high-performance grip for optimum control and with U-Bridge foam padding to absorb road shock, and keep your hands comfortable and protected as you ride.

In the Slice Glove, the U-Bridge foam-padding configuration alleviates pressure on the ulnar and medial nerves to help prevent stress injuries such as carpal tunnel syndrome. The foam padding also provides shock absorbency, to keep your grip strong on long rides. The Silicone-screened palms offer an enhanced grip for improved control and polyester stretch fabric on the back of hands wicks moisture away, providing ventilation and comfort.

Made for a perfect fit, the Slice Glove features a pull-tab on the wrist to snugly cinch glove and for easy removal. The soft and absorbent microfleece thumb wipe will come in handy when you need to wipe your brow, and will dry quickly as moisture is wicked to the outer layer for evaporation.

Like all Pearl Izumi products the Slice Cycling Glove has a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, that excludes failures from accidents, misuse, improper care, or normal wear. For best results Pearl Izumi recommends washing its products with detergents free of additives, such as fabric softeners and perfumes, because detergents with additives leave "surfactants" behind on a fabric's fibers that inhibit the technical performance. Hang dry the product or dry it on a low or warm dryer setting. Never use a hot dryer setting or use a commercial dryer as this will damage the fabric's performance.
